               A message from Mrs Hiatt, our Early Support Lead 

At St Paul’s, we believe that every child is unique and precious, and our role is to walk alongside families to ensure all children are nurtured, supported, and given the best possible start to flourish and succeed. 

As Early Support Lead, I am here to offer a listening ear, guidance, and practical help to families who may be facing challenges, whether big or small. This could include support with routines, emotional well-being, behaviour, or navigating external services. No concern is ever too small — we are here to work in partnership with you. 

Our approach is rooted in our Christian vision that all our children will “shine as lights in the world”, and we are committed to helping every child and family find their light, even during difficult times. 

Please know that my door is always open. Together, we can create the strongest foundations for your child’s journey.
